Our Estate Planning Session is for you? This is a planning session with Katrina Jewett, Esq. so you can learn exactly how to plan for and protect your family and assets with an estate plan that works when your family needs it – to keep them out of court and out of conflict. 

Here’s what will happen: 

• You’ll share your family dynamics and assets and we’ll explain the law and how it will apply from a legal perspective; 
• You’ll share with us whether you want anything to be different for yourself and the people you love, and if so, we help you choose among our planning options so you get the most efficient, effective plan at your budget….and you choose your own fee. 
• If you decide we are a good fit to work together, we’ll review our planning process and how we’ll keep you moving forward over the 4-8 weeks (and if we aren’t a fit, we’ll make recommendations for you to find the right fit for you).

Here’s what will happen:

• You’ll share your business goals, ownership plans, income model, and long-term vision;
• We’ll identify the key legal, liability, and operational issues that should be considered before formation;
• We’ll discuss the entity options that may best fit your goals, such as an LLC, corporation, partnership, or other strategic structure;
• We’ll highlight priority action items, potential risks, and opportunities for protection and growth;
• If we are a good fit to work together, we’ll recommend a flat-fee implementation plan and next steps to properly form and build your business.

Our Existing Business Review & Growth Strategy Session is a focused diagnostic meeting with Katrina Jewett, Esq. designed to identify issues, uncover opportunities, and create a roadmap for strengthening your business.

This session is intended to provide clarity and recommendations.  It is not a full legal audit or implementation engagement.

Here’s what will happen:

• We’ll review your current business structure, ownership setup, and key concerns;
• We’ll identify potential gaps involving liability protection, governance, contracts, compliance, taxes, or operations;
• We’ll discuss future goals such as growth, adding partners, real estate ownership, succession, or exit planning;
• We’ll prioritize the most important next steps to strengthen and protect the business;
• If we are a good fit to work together, we’ll recommend a flat-fee engagement to implement the needed updates or restructuring.

This meeting is ideal when you need experienced counsel on a specific issue, quick answers, or strategic direction without a longer engagement.

Here’s what will happen:

• You’ll share the issue, question, or challenge you would like to address;
• We’ll provide focused legal insight, practical guidance, and options based on the information provided during the meeting;
• We’ll help you identify risks, priorities, and the most effective next steps;
• If additional work is needed and we are a good fit to assist, we’ll discuss available flat-fee or hourly engagement options.

This session is best for concise, issue-specific guidance and strategy—not full document drafting, litigation representation, or comprehensive matter review.
